If you are regular listener of the Thriving Dentist Show you know that although Gary is not a Dentist, he is the co-owner of a dental practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Gary and Dr. Paul Nielson are business partners in their dental practice by the name of LifeSmiles Dental Care. Gary wanted to own a dental practice to serve as a learning and teaching laboratory where he could test concepts and strategies and share the results with his audiences and his clients. Gary and Dr. Nielson bought a ‘fixer-upper’ practice in 2007 and have been transforming that practice into their ideal practice ever since. Although both Gary and Dr. Nielson would say that it is still a work in progress, they have managed to take a practice in need of work and develop that into a practice that is absolutely THRIVING, even in the face of a very challenging local economy.

Running Time 44:18

Gary and Paul share some tips that have helped them take a struggling practice and  transform it into a thriving practice. I don’t want to steal any of your thunder, but the great thing about what you have done is that it can be done by anyone listening to this Show! In a very short period of time you have taken a fixer-upper practice and evolved it into a practice that is in the top 2% of practices in the country.
