Gary uses the concept of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to help his clients better understand what is actually happening in their practice. I have often heard Gary say, “the data never lies’ and he is absolutely right. You may have the perception that a particular area of your practice is doing very well, but when you actually produce the hard data you discover that there is considerable room for improvement.
