TDS Logo 600X600Gary uses the concept of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to help his clients better understand what is actually happening in their practice. I have often heard Gary say, “the data never lies’ and he is absolutely right. You may have the perception that a particular area of your practice is doing very well, but when you actually produce the hard data you discover that there is considerable room for improvement.

Running Time 37:23

On this show we are very fortunate to have an expert in the area of Key Performance Indicators for Dentists as a special guest. Mr. Rob Bay is a Principal in the Tax, Accounting and Financially Advisory firm called ProCore located in Provo, UT. If you are concerned about this show being…shall we say…boring…Not to worry! Rob shares Gary’s passion for helping Dentists develop a practice that is as profitable and enjoyable as possible. ProCore takes a proactive approach with their clients, where they help Dentists develop a strategy to produce the desired result rather than simply reporting what happened.
