About Gary Takacs

This program will be led by Gary Takacs, a well established Dental Practice Management Coach, with over 40 years of coaching experience with having coached over 2200+ dental practices in the US & around the world. He has delivered over 18,000 hours of CE & co-owns his own dental practice.

Gary understands from personal experience, what it means to be restricted by insurance limitations, work 70-80 hours a week, and be unable to invest in the latest dental technologies.

When he bought his practice, LifeSmiles in the year 2007, it was a practice filled with PPO plans, no effective marketing strategy, and burdened with an overhead of 80%!

However, within a few years, he converted this half a million dollar practice into a very successful dental practice that is currently at the top 1/4th of 1% in the US.

Gary knows the power of investing time and resources into systems and concepts. By successfully establishing these systems, he achieved exceptional results in his own practice – and is confident these concepts will do the same for your practice as seen with over 2200+ of his coaching clients!
